Return Policy We want you to love every pair of our shoes. That's why we make returns easy. Enjoy free returns and full refund to your original payment method for 14 days after the shipping arrival of the original purchase date for all US orders. Items must be unworn, and in their original, undamaged packaging. Shoes returned with a damaged shoe box will be subject to a re-boxing fee. We are not able to accept returns on items that have been worn. Returns made after the 14 day return period will not receive a refund or store credit. Please allow 10-15 days for your return to be processed and the funds to show in your account. Expedited shipping charges, and shipping charges that were incurred by shipping outside of our process below are non-refundable. How to Return an Item To return your shoes, please follow these steps: Request a free return shipping label by contacting customer service via our contact form. Include your name, order number, and date of purchase, and reason for return in the body of the email. A free return label will be sent to you via email. Place your unworn shoes in the original undamaged shoe box with all included packaging. Print and include a copy of your order confirmation or shipping confirmation e-mail, and include it in your return. Print and affix the provided free return shipping label to your shipping box, and drop it at any UPS store free of charge. How to Exchange an Item We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or something different than what you ordered, please follow the above instructions to return your original purchase. You may make a new purchase at any time. International Returns Unhappy with your order outside of the US? To return your shoes, please follow these steps: Place your unworn shoes in the original undamaged shoe box with all included packaging. Print and include a copy of your order confirmation or shipping confirmation e-mail, and include it in your return, along with the reason for return.
